1. Who we are

The sale site is operated by AMISS PTY LTD (ABN 51 671 031 913, ACN 671 031 913), trading as amiss, of PO Box 740, Wahroonga NSW 2076, Australia. You can reach us at hello@amiss.com.au.

The sale site is separate from our main store at amiss.com.au. Prices, stock and promotions on the sale site apply only to the sale site.

2. The sale window

The sale opens at 12:36 am on 30 July 2026 and closes at 2:18 pm on 28 August 2026, Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney). Both instants are set by the full moon.

Access to the sale site ends when the sale closes. Orders placed before the close are unaffected.

We may extend, shorten, pause or cancel the sale if we need to — for example for a technical failure or an event outside our control. If we do, orders already accepted still stand.

3. Access and your code

Access is by invitation. To sign in you give us your email address and we send you a one-time code. Your access is personal to you and is not transferable — please don't share your code or your access with anyone else.

If you subscribed before the sale opened, you can sign in from the moment it opens. If you subscribe on the opening day, you can sign in from the start of the following day. If you subscribe after that, you can sign in straight away.

We may suspend or withdraw access if we reasonably believe it is being shared, automated, or used to interfere with the sale site or with other customers.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Sale prices apply only on the sale site and are different from the prices on amiss.com.au for the same products. The sale discount is applied automatically — you don't need to enter anything.

The total shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a price shown elsewhere on the sale site differs from your checkout total, the checkout total governs, and you can simply not complete the order.

Payment is processed by Shopify. We don't receive or store your card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We'll tell you if we do.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item has sold out, if there was a pricing error, or if we reasonably suspect the order breaches these terms — and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Stock is limited and this is a limited-edition sale. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; items are allocated when an order is completed.

6. Delivery

We ship within Australia only.

Delivery times we quote are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your delivery address carefully — we can't redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

7. Your rights, returns and refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply to sale items exactly as they apply to full-priced items, and nothing in these terms limits them.

If something is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it should, email hello@amiss.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.

Separately from those rights, because this is a limited sale we don't offer returns or exchanges where you've simply changed your mind, or for fit. Please check the size guide before ordering.

8. The egg hunt

Hidden through the sale site's night sky are five things to find. Finding them is a game of skill: prizes are awarded on the basis of observation and puzzle-solving, and there is no element of chance. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over. Our employees and their immediate families may take part but cannot win a major prize.

The hunt runs for the sale window in section 2 and closes with the sale.

• the moon monogram — a dress from the amiss collection, awarded to the first finder (RRP $350 AUD)
• the signal star — a pair of amiss shoes, awarded to the first finder
• the Southern Cross — the Wisp Midi Skirt in the winner's choice of white or black, awarded to the first finder (RRP $280 AUD)
• the red star — a Bull Caultier, free, for each of the first 100 finders (RRP $75 AUD); a $25 store credit for every finder after that
• the meteor — a discount applied automatically at checkout

One major prize per person. The major prizes are the moon monogram, the signal star and the Southern Cross. You can win only one of them, whichever you find first. Eligibility is by email address: we treat every address that reaches the same inbox as the same person. If you solve another major-prize puzzle after already winning one, you keep the achievement but receive a $5 store credit in place of the prize.

The same $5 store credit applies if you solve a major-prize puzzle after someone else has already found it. Solving it still counts.

How winners are decided and notified. The first valid claim we record for each major prize wins. We verify each claim by contacting the Instagram handle given in the claim, from @amiss.online, and by email. If we can't verify a claim, or the claimant isn't eligible, the claim is forfeited and we may award the prize to the next valid claim. Winners are announced on @amiss.online. Our decision on skill and eligibility is final and we won't enter into correspondence about it.

Credits. Store credits are applied automatically at checkout during the sale window. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or refunded, and expire when the sale closes.

Prizes generally. Prizes are not transferable and can't be exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value. You are responsible for any tax consequences of a prize. We may disqualify any entry that uses automated tools, multiple addresses or accounts, or that interferes with the sale site or with other entrants.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

9. Using the sale site

Please don't use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the sale site, don't try to get around the access gate or the rate limits, don't resell or publish access codes, and don't do anything that interferes with the sale site or with other customers. We may withdraw access if you do.

10. Our content

Everything on the sale site — the images, text, designs, the moon and the sky — belongs to amiss or our licensors. You may look at it and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees in section 7.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you for the goods is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We do our best to keep the sale site available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the sale site when you place it. The current version is dated at the top of this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
